Norman's Pond Cay is a 500 acre island located in the southern Exuma Cays. Situated in the middle of "billionaire's row", the immediate neighbors both to the north and south include Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, billionaire John Fry, and billionaire Barbara Johnson. The island is approximately 2.5 miles long and a half mile wide. It boasts a spectacular two mile long uninterrupted beach on its southwest (calm water) side. The two beach coves on the southern shore are equally beautiful. The two and a half mile long northeast shore contains fifty foot high elevations which gently slope down to the water and provide spectacular vistas in every direction.

The magnificent location, high elevation, and significant amount of beachfront, qualify this island as one of the finest (and therefore one of the most valuable) islands in all of the Exuma Cays.
